GeoConnections works with partners to promote the on-line use of location-based information, and the growth and evolution of the Canadian Geospatial Data Infrastructure (CGDI). As part of that effort, the program solicits, evaluates, and provides co-funding and support for selected projects from all levels of government, non-government organizations, the private sector, Aboriginal groups, and academia.
